1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Moneroway.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. You must not be located in a sanctioned country or on any restricted persons list.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, 2FA devices, and recovery codes. You are liable for all activity under your account. Report unauthorized access immediately.

4. Trading Rules

All trades are peer-to-peer. The Platform provides escrow services to protect both parties. You must complete trades in good faith, provide accurate payment information, and not engage in fraud or market manipulation.

5. Escrow & Disputes

Cryptocurrency is held in escrow during trades. Disputes are resolved by Platform administrators based on evidence provided by both parties. Dispute resolutions are final.

6. Fees

Platform fees are charged on completed trades. See the Fee Schedule for current rates. Fees are subject to change with notice.

7. KYC/AML Compliance

The Platform may require identity verification (KYC) based on your trading volume. We comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and may report suspicious activity to authorities.

8. Prohibited Activities

Prohibited: fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation, using stolen funds, creating multiple accounts, automated trading bots (without authorization), and circumventing KYC requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We are not responsible for losses due to market volatility, blockchain delays, third-party payment failures, or unauthorized access to your account. Our liability is limited to the fees collected on your trades.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support, subject to completing any open trades.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
